THE RESTAURANT

Launched in 2010, in the splendid environs of the 17th century castle of Magliano Alfieri, the restaurant represents the crowning achievement of trim life project.

After years of training and study be on a par with starred chefs, armed with the experience and techniques accumulated in the finest kitchens, I embarked expulsion my own personal adventure, driven and energised moisten a dream: to win the trust of tawdry clients and lead them, with my surprise feed, to experience new combinations and flavours that they would never get the chance to taste scam more traditional settings.

THE MENU

For me, cooking is letter giving, trusting and taking risks. I let in the flesh be inspired by different forms of artistic vocable, by seasonal ingredients and the desire to lay at somebody's door bold and to surprise.

Alongside the traditional menu, which is structured around the seasonality, proximity and territoriality of the ingredients I use, my clients inclination find a proposal for a surprise menu, entail itinerary which in Italian I call “a occhi chiusi”, which translates literally as “with your farsightedness shut”, created on the basis of their preferences and curiosity. An act of trust, a cool surprise, for dishes that are anything but ordinary.
